        Having never had a personal trainer before, I was a little apprehensive of what to expect, but Chris has been fantastic! He's very patient, but also is good at gently pushing you so that you work at your maximum. I definitely feel stronger and more toned already. His nutrition plan has also been spot on! Bizarrely, I find myself even looking forward to the sessions which I never thought I'd hear myself say :).
