    I Initially came to Paul having had a long break from regular exercise following a knee injury and the void that was lockdown, with the overall aim of improving my fitness and building strength. Id not used a PT before so was slightly apprehensive about what the experience would be like. Paul took a very methodical approach to our programme, working through my previous injury and introducing new routines at the right moments to get maximum benefit from our sessions and my home workouts that he designed. The pace was just right. His background and expertise particularly suited my goals around fitness, strength and recovery. I was really impressed by how he applied his knowledge and experience and tailored to my individual situation. Theres a lot of information out there - often confusing and contradictory, if not overwhelming! Paul clearly knows his stuff, uses evidence and can communicate it well. On a personal level, hes a really nice guy, puts you (a novice like me) at ease, and is always open to questions which is refreshing. I always looked forward to our sessions which is a personal testament as much as a professional one. I feel like Ive improved in many ways over my time with Paul and my confidence in the gym is much much greater. That alone, Im very grateful to Paul for. Ultimately, I know I can continue what he has taught me and enjoy it at the same time. A winning combo really! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to build strength, improve their self, and learn from a true professional.

    I met Paul when looking for a personal trainer for my teenage girls. He had an impressive CV including experience with a Premier League girls team and Olympic athletes. His calm and professional demeanour quickly allayed my girls' concerns about having a male trainer. One of my daughters has a knee condition and his experience with sport injuries was extremely valuable. He was able to tailor routines which increased her strength with no stress whatsoever on the knee. We are very lucky to have found him!

    I cant commend Paul enough as a Coach - he is warm, friendly and supportive, and I looked forward to sessions with Paul as he tailored them to me, what I needed and enjoyed. My initial objectives were to build strength, flexibility and to lose weight, all of which I achieved with Pauls support in two months. Six months later Ive lost 2 stone and feel fitter and healthier than Ive been in 3 years. Pauls sessions were initially challenging but I quickly started noticing results and he would make tweaks to the sessions week to week to ensure I was getting the most out of them as possible. He was always kind and understanding, but also pushed me where I needed it. I was new to most exercises and Paul clearly explained how I should do the movements every time, so I picked them up really quickly. Finally, Paul was extremely flexible and understanding of my busy schedule, and communicated with me clearly before and after sessions.
