Ive achieved so much, with improvements across the board, especially in strength, fitness and weight. Just awesome.

        Achieved alot of progression in strength building and technique, Stuart and the team are encouraging and dedicated to their profession. Would recommend to anyone who want to get fit as the space is peaceful and calm, which means you get a more focused workout.
