Poor Customer Service attitude the management have really bad plus we all the food we waiting half an hour and then service charge Its really shame on the management, they should look for solution.

Eid celebrations was busy and queue waiting period lasted around 40 mins. Seating was ok and decor looked cosy. Food was ok but we were looking forward to going out for Eid after fasting for 30 days like others, but although we understand how busy and stressful hospitality can be, we were let down by the waiter who unfortunately was extremely rude and impatient. When we were seated he would not give us a chance to view menu, abrupt in general especially to other diners. It spoiled the atmosphere for us as it the first time months we managed to go out. We politely refused to pay service charge. The manager wanted to know what happened but in honesty it was embarrassing to be treated quite poorly or discuss it. Unlikely, to recommend or attend here again, but maybe in future might offer second chance.
