Trespass

My friends and I came to Trespass Harrow, to buy winter jackets. Having recently arrived in the UK from India and lacking knowledge of what to look for when buying jackets, we were fortunate to encounter Jyothi, a helpful employee who aided us in finding the perfect jacket within our budget. She explained every details about each jacket. Her friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations. What particularly impressed me and motivated me to write this review was Jyothi's continued dedication to customer service. We saw her in the same shopping centre after a few days and she remembered us. She came to us inquiring if we are satisfied with our purchase. It is uncommon for someone to greet customers randomly and solicit detailed feedback on their purchases, so I truly appreciate her efforts. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills make her an asset to any organization..

this place has been on a closing down all items must go sale for the last 30 years. Not sure if that's the reason the stock has dwindled down so much there's hardly anything in the store

I seldom leave reviews but this warranted one. I went into Trespass Harrow today to buy equipment for my daughters Duke of Edinburgh expedition. I was extremely surprised by the reception I received. A young man came to help us, who I later found out was the acting manager. He was patient, well informed, friendly, listened attentively, and dealt with our many requests and questions efficiently and with a smile. His calm manner put us all at ease and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ended up buying things that I had planned to buy elsewhere simply because of his excellent customer service. I hope someone from the head office reads these reviews because your young man Oscar in the Harrow branch - THATS the type of person you want representing your company.
