I can't recommend Ajit enough. I have suffered with my back for 12+ years and had spinal surgery and numerous prolapses but only tried an osteopath for the first time last week when I could barely move. In just one season, Ajit freed up my muscle spasms and spent time over the next 2 sessions working on freeing up the joints and regaining movement. I tore a ligament in my back and was in a huge amount of pain. My friend recommended Birkbeck Natural Health Centre so I went down for some help. I cannot stress enough how incredible my experience was. After just one session, I was able to move, stand, and walk with 95% percent less pain the next day. I now feel 100% better just two days later! Arjit was kind, considerate and made me feel at ease at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering and I will be going again this weekend to ensure Im fully on the mend! Thank you again so so much!

Very good physiotherapy service. Removed tension in upper neck pain. Promoted rehabilitation exercises and professional service. Would use again if open.
