Having never visited an osteopath before, I wasn't sure what to expect. However I had a fantastic first session with Josh. His professional and friendly approach and nature made me feel at ease from the get go. Josh is incredibly knowledge and I left my first session feeling incredible, with a reduction in shoulder/neck tension and aftercare information. Without a doubt would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Josh. He is honestly fantastic. I first went to Josh for migraines and since a course of treatment, I haven't had many issues (few years ago), which is incredible. Josh is extremely knowledgable, professionable and passionate about his work. He also makes further suggestions outside of treatment which is really helpful. Josh also helped relieve PGP for me during pregnancy. Josh greatly helped my back pain and made such a difference when you are carrying around a baby bump! Josh has also helped relieve sciatica for my husband! I have full confidence in Josh, that I tell everyone to go see him, as I know he can help with any osteo needs. Thank you for always helping me and improving my well being!

Had a fantastic oseto session with Josh. He listened to me (and all my ailments) and improved my symptoms in the first appointment! Friendly and professional, Josh made me feel very comfortable. I've seen a different osteopath previously (different company) who didn't quite manage to do the trick fixing my shoulder, but Josh had me walking away able to overhead press again. Great aftercare advice given. Would definitely recommend

I would 100% recommend Josh at Blackheath Oesteopathy. He took the time to listen to my concerns, had great knowledge and was concise in explaining to me the treatment I was going to receive on the day and ongoing ways in which I could prevent it reacurring. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Would highly recomend.

I had treatment with Lolitaire ( Loli) and it was brilliant. She is really thorough and great at explaining how to maintain good health in your back and spine post the treatment. I will return when I need to and highly recommend Loli .
