Jimmy came heavily recommended by a friend and after just a single session with him, I can see why. Incredibly knowledgeable, really calming demeanour and worked absolute wonders. For sure will be recommending to my friends as well.

I had been suffering from chronic back pain for months, not being able to exercise and in pain when I did, nothing was working. After struggling through a Pilates class, Jimmy recommend a massage to help release my back and hips and in a few treatments I was back in the gym! I have now been recommending him to all my friends and family!

Jimmy has resolved my chronic back and hip issues where several other therapists have failed. Jimmys massage therapy techniques released the muscle tension in my back and hip and his advice on pilates/core strengthened has also helped resolve my issues. I would highly recommend Jimmy.

I've had many different types of massages and chiropractic appointments. However none have had such a good impact on my body then my sessions with Jimmy's which truly brings soon normality back into my life, since have my accident. In addition he has lots of knowledge and is able to fet to the root of the issues and lastly has excellent advise that has been backed up by specialist .

From the first massage I had with Jimmy, I have felt an incredible improvement. I have been suffering from a back injury for more than a year that became chronic due to inadequate therapy, affecting my entire back and neck. Up until now I cannot do heavy exercises with the upper body because it causes me a lot of pain during or after the exercise. Before starting the massage, I felt I had a thick, hard layer under the skin from my mid-back to the nape of my neck. Little by little I felt that this layer has diminished considerably. I feel lighter and with much less tension. I can say Im recovering my normal state, without that permanent thick layer that was constantly under my skin. Thanks a lot to Jimmy!!!
