I had an appointment with Hannah today at the Rotherhithe site this morning to have my tooth removed. The building was very easy to find and the waiting room was very clean and spacious. Hannah and her assistant did a FANTASTIC job!!!! they both made me feel confident in what they were both doing. Hannah did a great job removing my tooth without any pain and under 15 mins, while explaining everything she was doing. I will definitely have a good night sleep tonight!! Thanks to Hannah and her lovely assistant. God bless the NHS staff. Dawn Miller.

On Feb 4th 2022, 12:00pm, I had a wisdom tooth extraction performed at 14 Collent Street, where Oral Surgery LTD provides NHS services. The extraction was extraordinarily painful until the dentist realised I had not been anethesatised properly and jabbed me with the needle again. I was not given anything before or afterwards to rinse my mouth. During the very rough and fraught procedure, the tooth next to it was severely chipped; I can feel it with my tongue and it has been very painful ever since. I understand fully the attitudes towards NHS patients, I am not naive, but my visit to this dentist has made everything worse. I am not using my real name, of course, but I would be grateful for someone to reply to this review, simply to tell me where can I go to have the painful chip in my tooth fixed. I work, I just don't have the disposable income needed to fix this. I am not even asking for an apology, or for a change in how NHS patients are treated; but it's been four months of intense pain. Four months. Please reply. *Edit* 12/06/2022: After months of pain, infection and swelling, it seems a tooth wasn't chipped; rather, a large, sharp sliver of my wisdom tooth was left inside the cavity. The dentist was named Dr Walid; It worked it's way out today: 06/09/2022: Another piece of tooth came out today. Really sharp and painful; hopefully this the last of it:

The worst dental experience of my life. They should be ashamed or closed down. A frotting dentist who broke my teeth used a broken xray machine bent needles and nearly broke my neck. Disgusting butcher
