        I would never recommend buying glasses from here. They are very indifferent. They are never helpful when you have any problems. Stay away from this optician if you don't want to be disgraced with your money.

        I agree that the staff are friendly but why are they holding onto my refund? Happy to have a cheque or Boots vouchers as you owe me the money, it's far overdue and I dont understand how and why I have to request this repeatedly every year I have already informed you that I cannot come to your store for personal reasons Please sort this out, hopefully in 2022??         I have been using Boots Opticians in Cockfosters for contact lenses for the last 2 1/2 years or so. I cant speak highly enough of the levels of service that I have received during this time. All of the staff are great, and Jonathon in particular. They dont just meet your expectations, they go beyond them and my experience with them and levels of satisfaction have been truly exceptional. Very refreshing.

        Really value the service we get from this branch - if you are in need of someone who cares about more than just the glasses and prescriptions - you will find these guys are interested in looking after your eye health - and general health is important too. Kind and considerate team - always on hand to help...and super patient too!
