The only positive about this shop is Amanda the shop manager handles a refund efficiently. Nothing else is professional nor sophisticated.

New manager, lady named amanda was bitterly rude and completely unprofessional. Asked the lady to adjust my glasses which she grabbed with attitude and came back in a minute and said could not be done and couldnt do anything more. Last stuff was perfect however new management needs to change.

Canary Wharf customers arent the easiest to deal with after what Ive seen waiting for a minute at this branch but excellent service provided by the staff regardless of the customers demands. I had an eye test with Sita the optom who was very thorough and explain everything so well. Wasnt rushed either. Great service provided by Amanda who is the branch manager who handle every customer with care. If you treat the staff with respect, youll get the service in return. Much better than some other branches Ive been to!
