I visited Framed on the recommendation of my sister who raved about the care and quality of the service and advice. How right she was. The eye tests were comprehensive and professionally done by Peter, who explained everything clearly, and the options available as to what lenses would be appropriate. No hint of being pressured into going for one option rather than another; the overiding feeling was of having been given honest and well-informed advice. Excellent, very friendly service, and I now have a pair of spectacles that I am very happy with.

For years, I've been going to Specsavers and other independent opticians but none of them took the time to check my eyesight properly, however Framed Opticians immediately highlighted the problems with my eyesight and contacted my GP and a Eye specialist clinic on my behalf. I'd like to thank them for taking the time in doing this and charging me a good price for my new lenses. Thanks so much.
