Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Broadwalk

I've been coming here for 7 years and always a great service and professional staff. The Optometrists are very good here and explain everything properly. It gets very busy at times though so I would suggest having two queues - one for those queuing up for their eye tests and one who's waiting to select their glasses to make the queue go down quicker and to avoid any confusion. There is a stand in the middle which could be labelled, Chosen your glasses? Queue here. The glasses themselves last a long time and only get replaced when my prescription changes. They also run deals on the glasses. Well done Specsavers Edgware :)

Not sure what's wrong with this brunch, perhaps just Edgware Boardwalk gets too busy, but gosh there was a wait for the scheduled eye test, more than 1.5h. I personally like Specsavers and have been doing glasses there for years. But perhaps next time I'll go back to Golders Green or Finchley Road brunch.

Ive been trying to call the specsavers branch in Broadwalk Edgware since 9:10 am up to 12-:00. Attempted several times only to hear the recording that I will get a call back but never heard from anyone for 4hours.
