        I had a consultation with Maria about finding some new glasses. I told her my preferences of what I was looking for, and she was very thorough and helpful with how the glasses will look. I would highly recommend her.

        I had just stood on my glasses, bending the frames. The lady here was so helpful and fixed them straight away, without charge. So grateful. If I was local I would make this my optician of choice, simply for the excellent customer service.

        Disgusting customer service, and incredibly rude, I wanted to check the size of the frame and the old white lady snatched the frames from me and said no pictures, despite us telling her we werent taking any. So shocking how the treated us (visibly muslim) compared to other white customers. Definitely avoid!

        Appalling service, I was looking for frames for my husband when we were told "no photos" we werent, we were then shouted at by the old lady multiple times and the frames snatched off us! I'm honestly in such dismay. 06.08.22
