Had my son tested here. Appointments were quicker and alot of availability given. All the staff were really kind and helpful. Tests were very efficient! It was amazing. They were extremely hygienic not like any other place!!! Would advise everyone to come here!!!!

I cannot praise this opticians highly enough. The eye test was exceptionally thorough, he even picked up an issue that could be the cause of long-standing headaches! However the greatest praise has to go to the assistant, Mubareka. She spent well over an hour going through different frames and options with me, with great patience and thoughtfulness. I have now chosen a lovely frame that I am very happy with (it was difficult as they have soo many lovely styles!).

We have been using the Observatory Opticians in Muswell Hill for my ten year old son for the past 3-4 years. After a couple of eye tests at other places that did not quite get the glasses prescription right, we ended up here and we have been happy with the testing and service since. Only downside is it can be a little on the expensive side in terms of frames (though today we managed to find a few at 99) and it can take a few days to get an appointment for afterschool hours.
