        The staff was really knowledgable and helpful. The scan was very thorough and gained loads of extra information about eye health. I am really happy with my glasses as well! Overall super customer service!

        Fantastic service from Fahimeh, she helped us find the perfect eyeglasses. We came in with a broken eyeglass from 5 years ago which unfortunately were discontinued so helped us find the most cost effective way for a new pair! Couldnt recommend more!

        I was here yesterday to get a lens check up , I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time and there seems to be a clique vibe about the place , some of the staff need to learn English (I had to give my birth date 3 or 4 times and even then it was wrong ) the star is for my doctor Lisa who was through , friendly and professional , I was rather taken aback by my high bill at the end ,thankfully my partner managed to get a refund on a second pair of glasses I didn't really need ,though looking at the reviews looking to get my refund looks difficult :/ I've just messaged the help e mail you have suggested to other people regarding my issue
