Optimist was brilliant and very friendly. Wanted some frames Id seen in boots but was told boots sell old stock and so couldnt be ordered in. Ended up picking some designer Bvlgari glasses and placed an order at 350+ for reading prescription. Went to check them online and found them to be old clearance range online selling for around 110!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order as didnt appreciate the dishonest selling tactic, especially after slating boots. When asked for my DP measurement, staff refused to provide me with this as not our policy if not ordering from them even though they had it logged on the system and no skin off their nose to provide this information. Very petty! Appalling service and dishonest sales tactics.

Very helpful staff with a great range of frames to choose from and able to order in different colours swiftly. Highly recommend their great customer service.
