Had to get my fathers NHS hearing aids fixed. Ravi was excellent the way he dealt with the situation and kept me fully informed of what he had done and when they would be ready. Exceptional service from Ravi.Thank you.

I recently ordered a new pair of glasses from Specsavers, and unfortunately, I have been waiting for five weeks and still have not received them. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the amount of time it is taking to receive my order. Five weeks is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a new pair of glasses. I have tried contacting Specsavers directly to inquire about the status of my order, but have not received any helpful information or resolution. As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service when ordering a product. Unfortunately, my experience with Specsavers has been anything but that. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the company's customer service. I hope that Specsavers can improve their processes and customer service in the future to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. As for me, I will be hesitant to order from Specsavers again in the future.

Plz avoid this store. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff who do not abide by the policies. Makes up their own rules. Despite having a confirmed booking and having booked a slot in advance they didn't let us in and let someone else go. Corrupt and rogue staff. Will be filing a legal consumer complaint for the harassment. The entire store staff seemed non bothered and not caring and were only interested to leave.

The optician seemed ok at my eye test, but I had multifocal contact lense trial and they were not fit for purpose, I could not even see to drive. I was told that I would also get a distance lense trial but it was never forthcoming, hence no lenses. Receptionists are pretty useless, just want to flog you expensive glasses and no idea of customer service. I changed an appointment online, when I turned up for it I was told that it was not on system. No apology and she made it clear that she thought it my fault, even though the change was confirmed. I will not use this lot again as on both occasions it was a waste of my time and no follow up. I have booked with boots, who have just called me to ask if I can go in in 10 minutes instead of tomorrow and insisted on calling me Miss. Are there no decent companies left in London?
