        I paid for an eye test here. No prescription was provided even on request when I called back the following week. Staff do not make you feel welcome. The focus at this opticians is clearly to sell a poor range of glasses. This shop should be removed from Boots chain (as this shop does not support the brand promise). I have since gone to Specsavers Ruislip where I received a more thorough eye test, wonderful service, my new prescription (on a slip of paper) and I bought the glasses.

        Poor customer service. The staff does not try to help. Clearly they are not interested in our business. Harrow branch is much better. Very accommodating.

        I would like to thank the very kind gentleman who fixed the lens back into my broken glasses whilst I was temporarily in the area on a visit to a relative. Having recently had cataract surgery I was not in a position to replace my glasses but needed them to read. Many thanks.

        I was highly impressed with the detailed eye examination recently at this branch. However, their care and advice makes them all the more amazing! We had great experience with Zia, who has a very pleasing, yet professional attitude towards customers.
