I had a fantastic experience at the optometrist's! Not only did they provide excellent service, but they went the extra mile to get me a new frame. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy new glasses. A big thank you to Kamal and Coworker for exceptional help in finding the frame for me!

Dr Robin Grant has been amazing as I have transitioned from normal contact lenses to multifocal lenses. He has been so patient and helped me on every step of my journey to find exactly the right prescription and brand for me to get the best out of these. I am now able to see distance and read close to without glasses - thank you so much!

An honest company with staff who really care and genuinely want to help you - a rare thing these days. My husband had been badly let down buying from firstly a popular high street chain and then an on-line company. He spent a lot of money and ended up with good lenses but shoddy frames that snapped in half after minimal use. The company refused to help. I took them to G&G Pinner and the 2 men spent lots of time searching in many drawers for frames that fitted the lenses. They eventually found some and have offered to fit them for him. We won't be going anywhere else in future.
