If you want expertise, advice, attention to detail and access to the latest technology lenses, please come here! Nominally more expensive than those multiple outlets, but if you can see better as a result in my book worth every last penny! Turned around my new varifocals with transition and Polaroid lenses in around two weeks from eye test, ordering the frames I wanted to fitting. Cant recommend more highly.

Eye test was ok. But almost 4 weeks later I didnt have my glasses, and they were still faffing around with my lenses too. Impossible to coral them into organising follow up appointment to check my new lens prescription. If I hadnt called to check I dont know if theyd have let me know my glasses lenses were ready. But it took over 2 weeks to arrange drop off/collection of my frames to fit the new lenses. In fact, Im still waiting. No proactive attempt to offer appointments or share when the opticians were available. Terrible organisation and non-existant customer service. Dont waste your time. Go next door to specs savers.
