Ive walk in for an eye test and glasses, the lady that was in front welcoming the customers said that i need a eye test in order to get glasses, i said ok, after the lady ask me if i have an eye test done before, i answer yes, and i show her the test, but because was on my phone she couldnt help me, she said if i can print the test, I didnt have where to print the test, i asked her if is possible to send her by email, her answer was no and the store manager is not in to give the approval to send the test by email, so i decided to leave. Im wondering if you treat like this all your customers. Maybe because was 4:30 and at 5 oclock is the closing time? I choose this store because is next to my house an was very convenient to have my glasses done there, wasnt any other customers in the store so you lost another one.

My daughter and I just had such a wonderful experience at the Mill Hill branch. The staff are so warm, patient and helpful. It is also really reasonably priced. Thank you so much for all your help.

Wonderful service by all that were there. Couldn't fault them in anyway. Would recommend highly. Will return also in the near future.
