If I was able would give 0 stars. I took daughter back for a re test as glasses were giving her a headaches got brushed off saying nothing wrong with glasses he was kind of upset I took her for a re test so I took her too another shop because she was still having headaches got her eyes checked out they said prescription was too weak and was doing damage to her eye. I am not giving you my daughter's personal info on here. I have proof of new prescription

I cannot praise highly enough Harley Bain and his staff. He took time and effort to actually listen to my concerns, conduct the relevant tests over a period of time and then explained the outcome clearly, reassuringly and realistically. He picked up on my eye problems and referred me promptly to hospital enabling me to be treated appropriately and preventing further unnecessary damage to my sight. I have total confidence in his expertise and professional, caring attitude. His staff share the same professional, kind and caring attitude. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Harley Bain Opticians.

Harley Bain is very thorough and professional. I have been having my eyes tested here for years and my family too. I recommend his service. However, the lady that fits your spectacles and advises you on lenses etc after your eye tests is very abrupt. She is often pushy and rude. I am amazed sometimes because I am a regular customer, yet she has no manners. It can put you off.
