        Went in for an eye test a while ago, the appointment was rushed and didnt even last 5 minutes. I was given the opposite prescription, and when I tried to tell them this they were dismissive. I had my eyes tested elsewhere and was given the correct prescription.

        Wow. The manager of the west wickam store could not do enough for me. I was so taken back by the excellent customer service! Highly recommended. Thank you so much for the way you looked after me for my first eye test in years!

        In store the team and friendly and knowledgable. But it would be helpful if they could improve answering the phone in store for queries - being on hold for 10-15 minute each time is frustrating.
