Last year I made the mistake of going to spec savers in Purley! Never again! Heather Bailey was absolutely fantastic on my first visit today. Incredibly thorough eye exam and great service. Thank you :)

It was only during my last visit that I realised the Heather Bailey had been my opticians for twenty-two of their forty years in business. The staff are pleasant and helpful and I have every confidence that my eyes are being properly cared for. As a contact lens wearer I consider eye care to be even more important. Last Tuesday I had more in depth eye examinations. Whilst I was there I ordered a new pair of spectacles and some new lenses for my existing frames. Because I travel a long distance to keep my appointments, Linda and Hannah offered to send them to me. I was pleasantly surprised to return from work on Saturday (four days later) to find that my spectacles had been delivered. The shop is easy to reach by bus and there is ample free parking nearby. The staff are very good and the service is excellent.
