        I have had a lot of issues with my rimless glasses. Jayu has always been, and continues to be extremely helpful, professional and courteous at all times. He has a very nice polite manner and very smart also... I must have been in Specsavers many times over the past months and he continues to sort my ongoing problems out with my glasses ! I highly recommend Jayu..

        As a customer of Specsavers Im not happy with their service again . I rang up to see if my new frames are ready and one of the team members said yes but when I got there I told there was a delay and there not there . Ive wasted a day of work to come and get them also they didnt even take my old one. If I dont receive them by Friday I would like a refund if not I will be going to Enfield where they service is amazing.

        Attended to my enquiries and offered an eye test very efficiently within minutes on a busy Saturday and gave full and helpful explanations to all my questions. Jay and his team were all very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service.

        Staff very pleasant only trouble getting my glasses made , they had to send to a manufacturer in Luton in process they broke the lens and week later something else went wrong so had to wait three weeks to get my glasses not impressed won't go there again
