Very bad! I will not enter Harrow store doors ever! Pleasant communication lasts until you are offered the most expensive frames. But from the moment you say you using NHS voucher all pleasure and smile disappear. Total disrespect!

Very rude receptionist or whatever she is. The doctor forgot to print out and give me my prescription. A lot of staff just wandering around aimlessly. Very unpleasant experience.

thiefs. i went there to get my eye prescription for my gp .then they sent me to get another "extra" test for no reason and i had to pay like 50. for 5 mins:S

Creative Fun
I had a fantastic experience at the optometrist'. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they went the extra mile to get me replacement lenses. I couldn't be happier with the support they have provided, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy new glasses. A big thank you to Manager Qureshi and Anisha for exceptional help in obtaining the new lenses from the manufacturer.
