I am very pleased with the service I have received at Vision Express since returning to this store after going elsewhere for a while. Fatima and Sadia are amazing and have been very helpful with both myself and my son. My glasses were made to perfection and I am very grateful for the service I have received.

I was greeted by a member of staff named Laurieth. I high recommend her for her incredible service. I had an opticians appointment and bought a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses in the same day. In addition, my mother who accompanied me also bought a pair of sunglasses on recommendation of Laurieth. As stated in both my 5star google and trust pilot reviews, both me and my mother cannot recommend her enough. She is a great asset to the store and had much patience with us, going above and beyond by spending what seemed like more than an hour with us. She was easily able to balance seeing us with other customers, regularly checking up to see if we had any questions when choosing frames. Me and my mother both agreed to start using this branch as our usual for any further products. It makes all the difference when the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for you. We thank you!
