I am not a client of this optician but whilst I was browsing frames and very lovely gentleman came over to help me. I had some concerns regarding prescriptions he went out of his way completely to explain them to me in a way I could understand. He spent a long time with me and greatly reassured me, since I was worried at the time. I cannot stress how excellent his customer service was. I think it would be hard to beat it. Thank you so much for your help Tolley's. A very grateful passerby.

I had a really positive experience here today! The staff were helpful and made the process simple and stress free. The optometrist was really friendly and made me feel like I was a valued customer, listened and paid an interest to everything we discussed. I came away feeling impressed with the service I received (which is hard to come by nowadays) and prompted me to leave a review. Thank you to all the staff :)

Very unfortunate front receptionist! Looking for a small repair and couldn't have been less helpful ! Won't bother to get eye tests done there again which is a shame usually like to support local independents!
