On Google search, the name of the shop comes up as Imagine Eyes, and the shop front says real eyes. Either way, the shop should have been named IMAGINE LIES & REAL LIES. The Boss/Manager Abbas, hes a real con artist, hes very insulting and aggressive at times, especially with female customers and especially if he sees that English isnt their first language. Abbas I would imagine suffers from some psychological issues as he doesnt know how to treat his customers. If you dont believe me just pretend to be a mystery shopper and ask him to help you and you will see the results for yourself. Dont waste money on these IMAGINE LIES AND REAL LIES rather go somewhere else where you are valued.

The most unrealible opticians I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Too over priced for what they deliver. They never deliver when they say they will and keep you waiting for your glasses for over a month when they say it will be ready in 10days. They are never on time as far as shop opening times and kept me waiting for over an hour when it states clearly that they are opened at 10.30am. My advice is try another opticians as you'll get more for your money!!!!

Do not deserve even 1 star . Worst experience you would ever get if you use this company for your glasses. Totally Utter mismanagement. I am not sure The man in the front desk if he has any issue mentally or he pretend like one. He frustrate the customers to the core by his silly answers like i will call the office to find if ur glasses are ready but he would never return your call it doesn't matter if it takes weeks or months. Do not expect them to call u to let you know your glasses are ready or why it takes months to get ready. Honestly speaking i am wondering how this business survived so far. After all this i experienced now i suspect if the prescriptions are correct or not. So i am going to check from different optician again.

They gave me the wrong prescription which made my eyes worse. When the glasses arrived at the store they didn't call me as they said they would. I had to check in store on my way home to find out that the glasses arrived. They proceeded to pretend that they had called me. The man that was there at the time acted confused as if I had been called.
