Was promised my glasses in 6-8 days, prie is at least 3 times higher than a premium optician (at least) but I needed them fast so fine Failed to order my glasses on the 9th blaming a manager not being there thus failed to deliver on time, wasted far too much time on them so requested a refund and now told 10 days for the finane team to refund my card, they are very happy to take 1250 per pair from you On the day yet fail to deliver then make you wait a further 10 days, good business with interest rates rising Very disappointed indeed

The staff was so busy playing with mobile phone, so I had to ask salesman to put phone aside his phone and finally to pay a bit of his attention to the customers. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The team at Tom Davies provided me with the best damn pair of glasses Ive ever owned. I primarily dealt with one staff member at the Canary Wharf branch who was phenomenal! Thank you so much for all the help!
