My glasses arrived and the reflection and shadows made the glasses impossible to wear. Promises that the quality is better than specsavers is not the case. Maybe useful when doing some painting. Expensive mistake. I would avoid this company.

Sucked in to the cheap prices and fast turnaround advertised for replacement lenses for my only pair of glasses, much loved and had for years. They charged me double (58) to return them to me nearly 3 weeks later with a big crack through the frame. I'm devastated and awaiting a solution from them. Should've gone to Specsavers :'(

I recently bought a pair on vintage frames that had no lenses in them and sent these off to get new prescription lenses placed in them, and the team are so good with communication - I received emails every step of the way, so informative and detailed of their process and the team were so willing to cater to my needs in regards to what lens coatings I wanted and pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the service and lenses. I honestly couldnt recommend these people more, I am usually hesitant when trying out things like this but I would definitely do this again. Service was very quick (quicker than most opticians when you buy glasses and get prescription lenses put into their frames) and way more bespoke and the team are so lovely. 10/10 all the way. Thank you so much for doing such a great job on my frames! Im really pleased with them!

Ive used these guys twice before to reglaze some sunglasses with prescription lenses and couldnt have been more happy with the service. However earlier this month I sent in another 2 pairs of designer frames using the packaging and following exactly the instructions provided but the glasses never arrived. I totally understand how this happens, especially when using Royal Mail but as Lensologys specific instructions were to put the package directly in the post box, I didnt have a proof of postage so there was no claim to be made with Royal Mail. Given this, Lensology simply shrugged their shoulders to the 300 of missing frames sent using their instructions and their packaging to their offices, and offered no viable solution other than for me to purchase another pair of designer frames at cost price (not the same model). When I politely declined that offer, I got another shrug of shoulders and a sorry. Terrible customer service. Awful. Id advise not using them but if youre going to, do not send in frames with a high value.
