Excellent production of Il Viagge a Reims, very talented orchestra and players, marred terribly at the end with their insertion of political historical interpretation and a revolutionary moment then the purile caging of the poetess in a guilded cage that goes against the theme of the opera, spoiled the whole thing for me which is a pity as it was otherwise excellently done. If they love the French revolution, so much I advise they read a proper history book.

Having worked alongside ETO as Musical Director for Cheltenham Choral Society in their inspiring production of Bach's St John Passion, I can strongly commend the experience to any choirs who might be interested. The opportunity to have sung with top professionals, including vocal soloists, orchestral players and conductors whilst taking part in the most dynamic rendition of the Passion I have experienced was one that I and the choir will never forget.

The firm came into Red Hall Primary School to deliver the Paper & Tin performance. I asked many of the pupils as they were coming out of the performance and each and everyone loved it!! Not one pupil said it was boring or rubbish, they all seemed fully engaged and mesmerised each time I looked in on them. I have received great feedback from ALL classes. Here are their testimonials. It was a good performance. Thought the set up was expectational. The children seemed to love it. Y3 were talking about it after school to parents and guardians so it absolutely went down well with us. My class really enjoyed it! x I loved it! However, year 6 are wayyyy to cool for school and wouldnt ever admit to loving it but I know they most definitely did!! I thought it was brilliant! And I know Y5 really enjoyed it, especially Dylan who loved getting up and joining in! X I personally would love to have them back in as it is not every day you get to experience Opera!

I am choir lead at a Norfolk primary school and we were asked to be the Children's Choir in La Boheme. From the start, we were given lots of help and advice and any question was answered quickly. The learning resources meant my children easily got to grips with the fast Italian. We had a clear timetable on the day for what to expect - although there was lots of waiting about, the children were kept busy. They enjoyed time with the Stage Manager and had a practice on stage. They were most excited to wear their costumes and to hear the 'Children's Choir' call through the tannoy. Several children were extremely nervous but they overcame these and loved their time on the stage. Nearly all of the choir stayed to watch the 2nd half and they were realy invested in the story. They definitely now know more about opera than they did before and some want to find out more about it. Thank you for asking us to sing with you!
