I discovered a fault with a car purchased from here. When trying to raise with Riaz who sold me the car, he ignores my calls, reads my messages and doesn't respond. Car was sold without warranty but under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, he is legally obliged to repair the car within the first 6 months. It speaks volumes that Riaz knew about the fault at sale if he's choosing to ignore me over this. UPDATE: so it takes having to write a Google review to finally get Riaz to respond to me below. To put into context, I took the car straight away after sale to get a full service done (as you only carried out a basic one beforehand) which is when the fault was discovered and raised with Riaz there and then, also within the first 6 months in line with the Consumer Rights Act. There is no way this would have not been picked up on the "fresh" MOT Riaz carried out, but as the MOT was done by Riaz himself, it probably wasn't entered deliberately on the MOT result to get the car to sell. I wouldn't think this if Riaz had chosen to simply talk to me about this but instead ignores me. Why else would you do so otherwise? Simply to avoid taking any responsibility and try to get away with selling a faulty car.

AVOID! Avoid using TCC ESSEX . If you take your car there do so at your own risk. You have been warned. I took my Porsche into TCC Essex only for the garage to take nearly a year in repairing and the costs have climbed to nearly 20k . The mechanical work is as if they are fixing one problem and causing 5 other problems. This garage is a joke. Owner Riaz takes no responsibility and this is a perfect example of a scam Garage. Many parts that was meant to be changed got badly refurbished . I could write a book about how many things went wrong on their side for the repairs however they would say that my car is jinksed . After taking my car of TCC ESSEX I had to get my car towed to Porsche Main dealers where they are absolutely astonished and in shock of the work that was done at TCC. After TCC Essex my car was not driveable hence why it had to get towed to Porsche. If you go to TCC expect the standard of work of a 5 year old. Mechanical and body work is terrible. Highly avoid !
