From the start Emma was supportive, professional and friendly and helped me get my hormones back under control and balanced through her expert knowledge, delicious recipe ideas and via the magic of mindfulness. The penny dropped when I started to eat from Emma's delicious Reset 7 plan and I realised why all this time I've been eating the wrong foods. No need or urge to snack once I learnt what a well balanced meal looks like. A truly educational and inspiring way to eat. Emma's was the most satisfying eating plan I have ever tried and I have continued to make some better food choices since, thanks Emma

It was so interesting to learn which food groups help which part of the body and therefore assisting with hormone balance. Before I would feel sluggish, bloated and no energy but after just 5 days I felt so much lighter, less bloated, slept better and had more energy. The meals are so delicious. Would definitely recommend Emmas RESETs

Glad I finally got round to speaking to Emma. She gave me clear direction and guidance to help me on my peri-menopause journey. Emma is very knowledgeable and looked at the bigger picture, not just the food I ate. I now feel equipped to move forward positively and hit menopause head on!

Just over a year ago I became aware of Emma and how she specialises in women's nutrition in midlife. At the time I was experiencing perimenopausal symptoms and simply didn't know where to turn. I decided to sign up for RESET 7, a 7 day menu plan to embed optimal eating habits. This was the springboard into working with Emma on a 1:1 basis. Emma's approach is holistic- as she works with you, you will work on your emotions and eating and how your thinking can affect your wellbeing. After filling in detailed questionnaires and talking through my symptoms, lifestyle and completing a food diary, Emma helped me with when to eat and what to eat - even how. Emma was able to start me on a comprehensive supplement plan to support my body and within two months my symptoms were either all but gone or 50% better. I have completed several more RESET 7 weeks and look forward to working with Emma again in the future as I progress into midlife. I could not recommend Emma more highly.
