I follow a plant-based diet and I was concerned that I was not getting having a balanced diet. I was experiencing regular fatigue and was struggling to stay awake during my working day followed by periods of high energy. Moreover, I was having very painful cramps during my period. I decided to get help from a nutritionist to get advise on how to better manage my diet. Elisabeth conducted an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of my eating patterns. After each of our meetings, Elisabeth provides detailed, personally tailored instructions on how to gradually improve my diet, recommending vitamins and natural supplements. She builds this up in each session, making it easy to incorporate dietary change. I have found myself being more energised throughout the day and have for the first time in my life had pain-free periods! I highly recommend Elisabeths practice to anyone looking to support their health through a nutritional interventions.

I was introduced to Elisabeth by my personal trainer as not only someone who is highly-knowledgeable in nutrition, and also on the other key lifestyle elements - sleep patterns, meditation, work-efficiency etc - which I really needed to fuel my fitness regime, and also my busy lifestyle of writing, travel for work, plus singing in a band. From the get-go, I found it really easy to talk with Elisabeth; to explain my nutritional lifestyle and what I hoped to achieve. She immediately set-about suggesting easy-to-implement changes that really made a difference. We went through a typical week of my food intake, made some tweaks, cut-out some stuff, added ingredients that suddenly made my everyday/unexciting (in my opinion) recipes absolutely delicious, and added some new recipes. Someone once said "we are what we eat" (I forget who) but it's so true. Already I was feeling more alert, sleeping better, with a better attention span and able to train better in the gym, whilst avoiding the wall of exhaustion Id so often encountered. My suite of meals was developing too, and with a touch of meditation (something Id never previously considered) added, the changes continue to be a joy to experience. Once into it, the attainment and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle is so fulfilling, and worth every delicious mouthful of investment. In summary, I have been working with Elisabeth now for three months and the benefits and positive-changes have been remarkable. I cannot recommend her high-enough. I only wish I'd got started down this path years ago.
