Queen's Oak Care Home

This is a lovely care home of the past 5 years for my mother and still continues to provide her and other residents with thorough attention, support, activities and all-round care. The staff are welcoming and kind. I am pleased to say I have no qualms each time I depart there after visiting my mother, knowing she will be well looked after. My mother herself attests to the same when I speak with her on each visit and in between over the phone. Thanks to all the staff there whom look after her, we really appreciate all you do!

I have been visiting my grandma for about 5 years now and there is nothing wrong I could say about this place. Warm team, always ready to support, and excellent lifestyle with plenty is activities and events, especially the BBQ's.

I have been visiting the care home since April this year. The team on ground floor are very friendly. I see many activities for residents. I also attended a great party for the Jubilee Celebrations and another one with BBQ. Everyone seemed to have a good time.

Every visit I pay to Queens Oak leaves me with a smile on my face! The whole team are great and always welcome me with a smile. Sue and Marilyn plan so many activities and events for everyone in the home and the local community to enjoy!

My mother was in Queens Oak for over two years until she died recently. She was extremely well looked after and we were kept informed. I would recommend this care home highly. The staff were kind and friendly especially laterly under Daniels guidance. Thank you all. Carole Clarke
