I give half a star I visited a very close family member I was disgraced to see the sort of care they give by looking at my family that I visited and when I mentioned it to the Carer's they started giving me excuses sorry but there is no excuses in a job like this.

My grandmother paid for a service that she never received. My grandmother was disabled, she couldnt walk or feed herself. Unfortunately she was abused, neglected and left to rot by members of staff. They covered her injuries during visitation times as a disguise but the smell became unbearable. Once her clothes were removed she had developed stage four gangrene, a broken toe, Sepsis, Candida of the mouth and stomach and several other infections.
