Jesmund Nursing Home

I cannot thank Jesmund enough for the care my mother recieved during the year she spent as a resident until her recent death. Letting go of a loved one into the care home system is always a difficult decision however within weeks my mother started to gain weight and was very well taken care of. Eventually a specialised care enviroment becomes a necessity and we glad we made the choice. They have weekly activities to entertain what become difficult patients suffering with dementia and various other illnesses. Thanks to the care workers and resident nurses my mother had a peaceful end to her life.

Thank you to all the staff here who supported us for 3 years with our mum and helped us see mum through to the end Dec 10 2017 A big shout out for the Amazing PRUE who even sang to mum last night and was with us all the way and Shirley and all the health care staff

A fabulous Care Home with fantastic staff and facilities lead by Mr Praveen Modha. My son was taken for a work training at the care home for a week. During this period, I NOTICED HOW WELL THIS HOME IS RUN AND A GREAT SERVICE IS BEING DELIVERED TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. I have no hesitation in recommending Jesmund Care home to my friends and family.
