        Many thanks to Raluca the Physiotherapist at Wilsmere House for all her help given to my wife Steliana. I highly appreciate all the rehab work that she's delivering for my wife. She's very passionate about her job and always goes above and beyond.Thank you lots Raluca!!!

        I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly disturbed by the attitude of staff members at this care home. Please consider putting all of your staff on a diversity course. When I enter the building I am met with unwelcoming eyes, stares and often following. I was even asked what was the purpose of my visit. Like any other person I am there to see a loved one. In 2022, I am disgusted at this level of ignorance you all have and I hope no one else has to endure this type of discrimination when entering your building.
