Deer Park View Care Centre

I came to the home yesterday to visit my Uncle who has only been there a few weeks but can already see a huge change. He looks amazing. Such lovely friendly caring staff. THANK YOU X

My mother was in there recently. Can't say any of our family were very impressed. Some of the staff were good, but many not great. she was frail and arthritic and some staff didn't seem to appreciate she couldn't "relax" her neck which was bent. I have no idea if other homes are better as staff are the key I guess.

My darling Grannie moved here in her final few months as the care home she had been in simply wasn't good enough as the staff kept changing. We were blown away by the care, kindness and gentleness of the staff. They gave her so much love, and her final weeks and days were dignified and as pain free as possible. I have always wished I'd written to the staff to thank them for being so good to her, let alone all the hugs they gave me. They are all so good at their jobs and truly care for the people in their home.

I was fortunate to have a sneaky peek at Deer Park a few weeks ago, I am so impressed, they have thought of everything, even a greenhouse for green fingered Residents. My mum has been in this home for over a year now following a stay in hospital,she was in very poor condition when she arrived ,but the staff have worked miracles,she has not looked this well for a very long time.The care she receives is fantastic the patience of the staff is just amazing ,I really cannot praise this care home enough and am just so pleased we found a care home that really does care .
