Our son attended Teddington Busy Bees since 2019, joining when he was 7 months old. The team and management have been so welcoming over the years and have really supported his introduction to an early years setting and encouraged his development. The nursery faced many challenges during covid 2020/2021 up to the first part of this year, but the staff balanced both covid safety messures all the while ressuring the children and parents that the nursery would be a safe ,secure friendly environment. I am truely thankful for all the wonderful memories he has created, social and physical development coupled with friendships formed with children and staff . The staff have been key in his development, regardless of which room he has been in all the staff have got to know him and continued as he moved through each room. He is now ready to start reception today , he is more than ready thanks to the wonderful team at Busy Bees. Highly recommend the nursery.

I arranged a visit as I wanted a short term place for my 4yo. It was a wasted visit as they incorrectly told me over the phone that there were places available when actually we would need to wait until the next year. The upstairs space looked over crowded for the number of children. It was a very noisy environment which would not suit all children. I would advise visiting before automatically letting your child go up a class. Food (tiny sliver of pear skin and a pile of raisins) was placed directly on to the table, rather than using plates. It looked the table was not very clean and was also used for drawing. Admin staff were incredibly rude to me when I called after the visit even though I repeatedly told them they were discussing emails to someone else which predated my enquiry. Eventually they realised their mistake. They started the call by referring to another child which made me think they were very confused and disorganised. It would be a nightmare to have to deal with people like that on a regular basis.
