Simply not good enough This nursery is a representation of everything that is wrong with the early years nursery industry. Capitalist at heart, filled with inexperienced and unqualified young staff and a below average offering. You better believe the other reviews on here! I removed my child from this nursery as I felt my child was not being sufficiently stimulated with play and all the well thought out activities they are now experiencing in their new nursery. This particular Fennies is a shoebox in reality. Basic, drab and poorly managed. Extremely overpriced and mediocre in its care offering. My advice is to always speak to parents before placing your beloved children in any nursery.

Our daughter has starting attending this nursery since she was 2 years old. The management, both Bonnie and Joana have been very helpful. All incidents are regularly reported and investigated (even the slightest scratches). Our daughters eating habits have improved substantially since she started attending the nursery. She also has bonded with her key teacher Brenda so much so that she wont give us a second glance when we leave her for the day. If we have any concerns they are being investigated thoroughly, and the management have been excellent so far. We as a parent especially appreciate the tapestry app where daily care diaries and pictures of our little ones are shared online. I would recommend this nursery highly, and cant wait for our daughter to start her 3 year old activities which includes specialized classes (the only one in the area). All in all this nursery is constantly improving and are taking every parents feedback seriously to thrive for excellence.

My daughter works here, she passed out at work twice but had to continue with her working day, has been refused her medication and is bullied on a daily basis. From what she says on how the nursery is run its a disgrace and should be closed down. Every single day she phones and comes home crying upset and stressed out. She is clearly being picked on and victimized by these bullies.... Do not apply for a job here nor send your child to be cared for here. When my daughter showed symptoms of corona virus she still had to work without being asked to do a test, leaving the children open to infection. Ofsted will also be getting a report. Nappy and dietary breaches happen often also.
