Not very helpful when I stopped by to collect my parcel. I was pointed towards a pile of parcels and asked to find my own, and this was after insisting on me providing a code that didn't exist, as my parcel was through a second company they work with, and not the one they initially thought.

Its such a poor service! And rude women serves you there. Used this place few times but never come back again. There are more nice places around where always everything goes smoothly!

Offers Amazon returns but, does not take them!!! This is the third time I have returned to the store. The woman is VERY, VERY rude. The man is incompetent. She told me Well, I have never seen you before! But, I tell everyone to come before 1pm. Crazy! Anyway, if you dont want to offer a service dont, but, stop wasting our time, especially when the whole point of the service is to be efficient and working full time, Im looking for a helpful and speedy service.
