Terrible service went to drop parcels and did not want to accept them very rude lady with terrible attitude will be complaining to Hermes as do not understand why they agree to take parcels for Hermes and then dont just because she did not want to enter it manually. Very terrible lady and rude do not understand how can work there

Disgusting attitude and scammers Check everything as even with cctv as proof they are thieves and will refuse to play it back! They are miserable and he comes too close to the mark with his crude innuendos

I received an e-mail yesterday that my parcel was ready for collection at ParcelShop (Newsagents 362 Manford Way, IG7 4AJ). Today, while taking my children to school (8:20am) I decided to collect it. When I enter the shop the shopkeeper impolitely without any custome service said that he is not able to scan the parcel so to come after 9am. As it takes 15 min to walk to this shop I decided to pop in when comes children school collection time. So I went at 2:30pm. Again I had impolite experience. The lady at the till said with no manners that she is not able to scan the parcel. I explained that I came in the morning and the man said to come after 9am and now again. She just said that she is not able to scan so to come back at 4pm. I have told that it takes me 15min one way to visit them so what guarantee that at 4pm I will be able to collect my parcel. Then lady said that how does she know that I was coming in the morning. I confirmed as the same man was in the shop. He just shouted at me that he had told me that not able to scan the package and then: "do you understand English?" I was in shock by this service. Then lady just said:"Could you go as I have a customer behind you...?" I just comented that no customer service in this premises. And believe me I work in customer service over 10 years - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or ANY MANNERS. I left but was in shock for another 30min. From home I tried to call them to check if their device is back to work so the least contact to experience but no answer received. I returned to shop at 5:30pm with my husband. Device was working but... None on the shop workers (lady and a man) had any face covering... while lady was searching for my parcel the man pointed to leave the shop as we are not customers... That was ridiculous to hear! Behaviour and attitude were dreadful. We have never had such an experience.
