Been going the last year or so. Love the barbershop approach rather than having to make a appointment. 6 and flawless every time. The girls are lovely in my experience. I've not used other services as it's just not my thing

Got my eyebrows threaded today - 5, I didn't have to wait and the staff were friendly and worked quickly. I'm really happy with how they look and will go back again soon.

WARNING! Please read this! I have had this most traumatic experience here with my nails. I called up to make an appointment for 12 and the lady asked for it to be at 12:30. So when I arrived at 12:25 I walked in and sat to wait as she was with another client. When it came to my time she put a bowl of acetone infront of me for my nail removal. I was there for 20 minutes with my hands in and it began to burn. When I informed her she came over and checked and told me to put my hands back and continued with walk ins for eyebrow threading. She came back to me after 45 minutes as she kept taking walking during my appointment. Finally when she stopped accepting them the lady explain she was working alone and I told her may nails hurt a lot yet she didnt take any notice and filed away(against my now soft nails, hurting my skin). I now have burn marks from the filling machine and my fingers are in agony. During the acrylic process I told her I didnt like the length as after measuring to the perfect length she proceeded to file them shorter and shorter. I dont ever like to complain as I am in the beauty business myself. However I have never been in so much pain before that I could not continue the service all the way and my nails on each hand where different lengths. The more I explained the harder she dug her nails into my skin. After 2 hours of being there and not completing the service I thanked her for her time but said I would be happy to pay her for half the service price. She began to shout and say I have wasted her time and lost her clients and told me to never come back as I have no idea what I am talking about. Please please please dont put yourself through this experience. It was truest horrible and my fingers have started to flake. Service: Acrylic nails
