        A good overall service, quick and dont try to make forced small talk. However, Im confused as to how their appointment system works. I book an appointment via social media, arrive promptly, but when I walk in, there is no receptionist to note my arrival or no acknowledgement from any staff member so I sit down and wait patiently whilst random people walking past pop their head in and are seen to straight away? It feels like they want a quick turnover and why do they not accept card payments? Ive overheard them direct lots of people to the cash point next door. Maybe Im used to a different type of nail place but after the past couple of occasions here I doubt Id return unless they accept card payments lol Service: Gel manicures
