Crystal Nails

I have been visiting for a while but in the past few months ive been really dissapointed. I asked for a full set acrylic white tip and was charged 40! When i queried the price i was told we assume customers want shellac if they do not say otherwise i did state i wanted acrylic.. and it is awful customer service and a money making tactic to assume a customer wants somethint you havent asked them about. 7 days into my full set the shellac fully peeled off of one nail and chipped across the others- i wont be back.

I've been going to Crystal nails for a few months. Everytime I visit they seem more interested in young girls nails than the mature customer. My nails were done today by one if their male staff and I have to say they look a mess. I've told my friends and posted pics on social media. If you want a professional manicure DONT GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS. Service: Manicure

The staff are nice, but I am so disappointed with my nails. I came back after 6 months and the workmanship has suffered. I had full set acrylics, with shellac and chrome. My nails were bulky, uneven, badly shaped. I have to spend more money to have them redone again tomorrow. When the chrome was put on the technician overdid it with the powder that they looked white in comparison to the pink, so she redid my.thumbs. I paid 37 and feel like I've been robbed. Sorry Crystal Nails, I won't be using your service again. Very sad. Service: Manicure
