Quality is not great - started to come off after just 8 days after I did the shellac. I asked the manager if they could fix it since I had been extremely careful, though she wanted to charge me extra. I understand that they dont know what we have been doing with our nails, however, I have gone to other places and the gel lasted for longer than 2/3 weeks. I dont think the manager was considerate and understating and it feels like quality of their products is poor.

Ive been going to Pink nails for 4-5 years now. Since my first visit, Ive been getting my nails done with Jam and I couldnt be happier with the service I have received every single time. Shes extremely attentive , skilled and patient with my requests and in general all of the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I usually do an infill with acrylic powder and shellac gel on top and they have always perfectly lasted on my nails without chipping for 3-4 weeks. I also can not recommend the pedicure enough as for me with my ingrown toenails, Jam has always been patient and skilful in helping me with the pain. They take the hygiene seriously as every time I have visited they are constantly sanitising each area and steam mopping the floors which is great to see as you dont see that in many other places. I also really like the loyalty cards they have which makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Overall I would definitely recommend the salon and specifically Jam as Ive always been happy with my experiences. Services: Nail designs, Acrylic nails, Nail extensions, Pedicure
