Whilst the customer service was nice and friendly I went in for a gel pedicure around 5:40pm and the entire process felt extremely rushed by the girl who was doing it. Firstly, she was hurting my toes when going in and cleaning the cuticles and cutting down the side of my toes which can cause ingrown toenails but the damage had been done. Secondly, when she had just finished her second coat of gel on my toes she asked me if i would like a third coat to which i glanced over and i was shocked to see streak marks on my toes and change of pigmentation of the white.. to which it DEFINITELY needed a third coat and was confused why she would even ask me that as it looks horrible if i left the salon like that. Towards the end of the third coat, she was huffing and puffing trying to finish up and i felt overall unsatisfied with the service. The charged me 40 for the service but i see its 38 on treatwell which i dont know how it works but i have a feeling they were trying to jump up the price a bit to get a bit of extra money from me. I will not be returning again (and i have a small chip on one of my toes which is really small but it really shouldnt be happening) Advice for people who do want go here: Go at an earlier time so you dont get a rushed service, and book on treatwell since they want to charge you more in person!
